Recette Cakes à la faisselle de chèvre - Rians

Minis cakes à la faisselle de chèvre

Ingrédients

    • 3 pots de 100g de Faisselle de Chèvre Rians
    • 4 jaunes d’oeufs
    • 60g de sucre
    • 150g de farine
    • 5g de levure chimique
    • 50g de beurre
    • sel

Étapes de préparation

    Ramollissez le beurre.

    Mettez les jaunes d’oeufs et le sucre dans une jatte et fouttez jusqu’à ce que le mélange blanchisse.

    Incorporez la farine, avec la levure et le beurre ramolli.

    Versez la faisselle sur cette pâte et mélangez bien.

  • 5

    Ajoutez une pincée de sel.

  • 6

    Beurrez et farinez les mini-moules aluminium.

  • 7

    Remplissez-les au 3/4 et enfournez-les à 180° pendant 15 min.

    Servez tiède.
