Faisselles aux fraises

Ingrédients

    • 4 pots de 100g de Faisselle Rians
    • 500 g de fraises
    • 4 tuiles aux amandes
    • gelée de pommes
    • 1 branche de romarin
    • 2 c à s. de sucre en poudre

Étapes de préparation

    Lavez et équeutez les fraises.

  • 2

    Coupez-les en quartiers.

  • 3

    Versez le tout dans un saladier avec le sucre en poudre.

  • 4

    Démoulez la faisselle et disposez les quartiers de fraises autour.

  • 5

    Déposez sur la faisselle un peu de gelée de pommes ou bien faites simplement un jus de fraises.

    Décorez avec une tuile aux amandes et quelques brins de romarin.

De juin à octobre vous pouvez réaliser cette recette de jardin d'été et pour les autres saisons, amusez-vous à varier les plaisirs en fonction des fruits disponibles toute l'année comme la banane ou la mangue par exemple !
