Recette de dessert Faisselle et noix de coco - Rians

Faisselle des îles à la noix de coco

Ingrédients

    • 4 pots de 100g de Faisselle Rians
    • 1 ananas
    • 1 citron vert
    • 100 g de coco râpée
    • 4 c à s. de miel liquide
    • 4 rochers coco ou congolais (facultatif)

Étapes de préparation

    Laissez s’égoutter les faisselles quelques minutes avant de les utiliser.

    Epluchez l’ananas et le tailler en cube de 1 cm.

  • 3

    Réservez-le dans un saladier.

  • 4

    Epluchez le citron vert afin d’en récupérer les zestes.

  • 5

    Hachez finement les zestes de citron.

  • 6

    Ajoutez dans le saladier les cubes d’ananas, les zestes de citron vert et le miel.

    Saupoudrez généreusement les faisselles de noix de coco râpée, jusqu’à les recouvrir entièrement.

    Déposez la faisselle recouverte de coco râpée.

  • 9

    Ajoutez les cubes d’ananas sur le côté.

    Décorez d’un congolais.

De novembre à mars préférez des ananas frais et le reste de l'année optez pour des ananas au sirop en réduisant la quantité de miel.
